Company production feasibility

We provide our customers with complete services from shape components baking with CNC laser machines, pressworking, bending and machining on CNC machines, component welding and their surface treatment including painting, up to the delivery of completed components designed for the fi nal assembly by the customer. In the technological setup of our production we use CAD technology, which enables our technicians a more fl exible processing of the production and technical documentation taken over from the customer.

One of the merits of our company is the capability of rapid introduction of the new in the production process and a fl exible response to the customers requirements. When introducing the new product, we closely co-operate with the customer and our target is that the fi nal product will fully meet the required characteristics in terms of the quality and durability. The individual welding workplaces of the welding shop are connected to the central distribution of gas (shield) with the possibility of blending the gases Ar + CO2 in the required rates.

• Assembly of assembly groups and sub-groups, fi nalizing operations and packaging
• Surface pre-treatment and treatment
Blasting – grit blasting machine for surface pre-treatment of parts and welded sub groups by means of grit blasting. Maximum dimension of a part is 1000x2000x4000 mm, weight up to 500 kilos.
• Pre-treatment - chemical surface pre-treatment before varnishing which consists of alkaline degreasing, surface activation, Zn phosphating and surface pasivation. All these steps are carried out by immersion. Maximum dimension of a part is 2000x2000x4000 mm, weight up to 500 kilos
• Cataphoresis - point for basic cataphoretic coating. It is one of state-of-the-art technologies of basic coating with excellent rust-resistance. Maximum dimension of a part is 2000x2000x4000 mm, weight up to 500 kilos
• Powder paint shop - varnishing line for paints application which is equipped with automatic paint box for simpler parts and manual paint box for more complicated parts. There is a possiblility to apply PHN elecrostatic and Tribo system. Maximum dimension of a part is 2000x1960x4000 mm, weight up to 500 kilos
